What Happens If My Appointment Takes Less Time Than Quoted?

Epic Cleanings flat rate service budgets a specified time for your home to be cleaned as per the agreed scope of work to be preformed. At times the cleaning process may take longer or less time to finish the job. Rest assured with our team of supervisors inspecting the work of their team your home will be done to your 100% satisfaction each time we visit.

Do I Need To Supply My Own Vacuum Or Cleaning Supplies?

Yes, Epic can supply their own cleaning equipment if the client requests.

Do I Have To Sign A Contract?

Yes, A contract is required for each individual clean as well as for a regular cleaning service scheduled.

Will Epic Cleaning Group Clean Homes With Smoking In Them?

Epic Cleaning Group will clean a residence that is smoked in. We would ask that the home owner please not smoke while the staff are in your home cleaning.
