Robert C. Fasken & Paul H. Cranmer
Robert C. Fasken and Paul H Cranmer started their careers in Telecommunications in the 1990’s, entering the industry when deregulation provided the opportunity to develop a different approach to the world of telecommunications for Small Medium Enterprises in Canada. This new and emerging industry provided businesses options in technology and service offerings never seen before.
These experiences provided Robert and Paul the foundation as they moved forward in their careers when evaluating business and investment opportunities. Both recognizing their personal and professional strengths in building strong lasting relationships and being accountable to their commitments made. The corner stone of success for any business starts with the customer needs first and their complete satisfaction is paramount long-term success.
Bob and Paul recognized the growth opportunity in the cleaning service industry and the growing modern family and their busy schedules. The importance of balancing work, family and personal growth takes a great deal of commitment. Spending their weekends cleaning their home or office is exhausting after a long week or day of work and often time doesn’t get done or stresses people out. The guys identified gaps in the cleaning service industry with their own experiences and decided to make a change in the industry focusing on the customer experience and their complete satisfaction.
Their success with customer relations, management, customer service and entrepreneurial ventures have provided them with the tools to continue their success within the residential and office cleaning industry.
